Roma Tiburtina is the second railway station in the capital in terms of volume and type of traffic, about 500 trains a day, 140,000 daily transits and 51 million users a year.

Roma Tiburtina, in addition to being a crucial node for Capitoline mobility, is the first station of the High Speed ​​System of the Turin-Milan-Salerno section to be completed and is a candidate to become a fundamental space for the growth of the city, with a large both residential and office development potential.

The heart of the project is the large glazed gallery built above the existing railway platform which, like an urban boulevard, connects two districts: Pietralata and Nomentano. 300 meters long and 60 meters wide, the gallery above the tracks is a glass parallelepiped that houses services for travelers and the city. A large "suspended container" which day after day is enriched with services at the height of the new Italian High Speed ​​hub, making it complete and functional also for citizens.
